One City Lacrosse is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing lacrosse to the youth of San Francisco through free lacrosse programs throughout the city. Youth participating in One City Lacrosse programs will receive the highest-quality instruction and mentoring in one of America’s fastest growing and most prestigious sports.

City LAX is an award winning documentary following the lives of inner city kids in Colorado on their local City LAX team. It will be screened in San Francisco on June 25 at 7pm at the African American Arts and Cultural Center. Come check it out! Mark your calendars! The Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH) is planning a visit to the Bay Area and will be volunteering a players clinic in early March! More to come. With school funding down across California, what's been happening to art and music? To sports and afterschool programs? In the Bay area, a diverse group of individuals and non-profits have found ways to try and make up the shortfalls, doing from local fundraisers to statewide policy-making to make sure children get a chance to do more than just math and reading.

| One City Lacrosse staff introduced lacrosse to the campers at Camp Mendocino July 13-17. The camp is owned and operated by Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, which serves 1,500 youth everyday in the summer at nine neighborhood based Clubhouses in San Francisco.
